Thanks for visiting! Welcome to Recovery Training of Memphis, serving the greater Memphis area, including East Memphis, Bartlett, Cordova, Germantown, and Collierville. Recovery training (the type of training) is customized personal training designed for people with challenges that may limit their ability to train and/or impact their daily lives. These challenges might be the result of age, injury, (with or without surgery), chronic condition, disease, or physical deconditioning. In other words, Recovery training is for men and women that are having trouble getting results, especially if they are over 40. If you are over 40, you have come to the right place. Recovery training utilizes a dynamic, integrated approach to help you reach your goals and to significantly improve the body as a whole. I will demonstate how you can rehab your injuries and continue your fitness training with those injuries. While this is largely a reactive approach, I do offer a proactive approach, performance training, which has the underlying goal of warding off future health concerns. Performance training strives to achieve maximum fitness for beginners, professionals, and, especially, in fitness training for seniors after their stint in recovery training. Regardless of your training needs, my specialty is getting you into an exercise routine that works for your body and, also, your hectic schedule. I am truly a professional personal trainer with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and a genuine love of my profession and being fit for life. Working with you as your partner, I am here to help you stay focused on attaining your individual goals while providing the necessary motivation, inspiration, and leadership to help you stay fit for life.
